I oversee the daily preparation of our signature dough, made fresh on-site using the finest Le 5 Stagioni '00' flour, which is left to ferment for over 24 hours to achieve the perfect texture and flavor. Managing the procurement of ingredients, either sourced from Italy or locally to our pizzerias, I maintain the highest standards of quality and authenticity. Creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest, I ensure they enjoy our traditional Neapolitan pizza in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We develop and refine our menu to include exciting new offerings while staying true to our traditional roots, introducing seasonal specials and unique topping combinations. Leading and mentoring a dedicated team, I foster a collaborative and positive work environment, ensuring that everyone is aligned with our mission and values.
