With decades of experience behind me, I’ve learned invaluable lessons and met great people along the way. One, and perhaps the most important lesson I’ve learned, is that you are your most important asset and nothing works for you if you don’t. so, the best investment you’ll ever make is in yourself.That’s where I discovered my passion, at the intersection between dreams, big business and reality. I find great people and help guide them to and through great careers and it always starts with a conversation. That is the core of my work and myself.In my downtime, I practice what I preach. I reinvest in myself through spending quality time with family and friends to bolster the relationships I value most. I love to learn and discover new things and I’m an avid reader of various topics – astrophysics always seems to capture my attention.In my career as a CEO, scientist, company director, and consultant I’ve acquired expert knowledge in many areas, from development through to management on various levels. I am currently the Group CEO of the Vinton Group (an investment holding company that is able to build, scale and play a more important role in the human resources industry) We lead by service – every company claims this, yet I have come across very few companies who actually put service above profit. We find that the vast majority of companies lead by invoice, which is the opposite of real service. We aim to educate clients on what leading by service truly means, as most client companies do not realise that there is a difference and that Vinton is the alternative to their current service providers.In 2019 I founded the Vinton foundation, which seeks to aid the many communities living in and around informal settlements.
