Since August2011 I am responsible for the contract with the BASF (Abfühlanlage) with 24 employees. From January, 2007 till July 2011 I led the area „Central Logistic Warehouse Netto GmbH“in Worms. I had the responsibility for 70 permanently employed employees and approx. 20 temporary employees. Logistic duties for up of 220 branch orders belonged to my daily business.I was also responsible for the optimization of the standard processes between order picking and transport.During this time I was responsible for time management, optimization of processes, holiday and vacation schedules, and the integration of the new employees. Counseled and evaluated employees on their progress in the unit. In addition, I was in charge of the “full service management” for our client Nanu Nana. With this client I was responsible for the construction and the equipment of new or renovated branches in Germany and Austria. I also handled the optimization process for new customers like Phoenix Pharma, Felina and Globus Central warehouse and distributionFurthermore I have trained and educated over 300 employees as forklift operator.I am licensed as a Forklift instructor by the “BGG Großhandels und Lagerei-Berufgenossenschaft.

Working at Gardner Pool at Ft Campbell as a Water Aerobics Instructor and as a personal trainer. Helped to develop the S.T.A.R.S. and P.A.T.H. programs, Exercise classes for pregnant soldiers and soldiers who sustained injuries and are unable to participate in normal physical training. Also worked as a Water Safety Instructor and Life Guard and participate in all training levels for all swim classes.

Battle Equipment ManagerWas responsible for all the equipment of the 42nd Infantry Company and their supplies. I did the entire request for material and dispatching of the vehicles. Was responsible for supplying the 42 Infantry Company for materials during multi-national exercises in the Caribbean and South-America. Was 100 % accountable for all the equipment and their locations. Trained personnel in handling precious equipment and their administration. Supervised personnel in working with specialized computer programs. Sharpshooter Counter Terrorist TeamMember of the SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) teams of the Dutch armed forces. The task was to train and perform as a sharpshooter in the event of hostage taking or hijacking. Instructed all personnel in the field of urban and field camouflage tactics.Logistic Movement Control & Supply ManagerDuring this period I was responsible for supplying the whole Dutch battalion in Cambodia. Supervised 14 marines and 4 junior Non Commissioned Officers and 2 local civilians. And was responsible for the internal operations of the supplies delivered to the entire battalion. Supervised the distributions of supplies to all the Dutch outposts in Cambodia, by truck or by air. Helped reorganize the battalion for recovering all the materials back to The Netherlands. Counseled all personnel in their performances and reported their evaluations to the S3 (Logistic Officer) of the battalion.Battle Equipment Manager of Logistics.During this period I was responsible for the handling of the entire battle equipment for the complete military installation and the administration of it. Did all the requests for renewal and inspections.Was responsible for the internal control of 53 sub-managers. They had had to be inspected on a yearly bases and I was responsible for the evaluations and reporting to the Logistic Command of the Royal Navy. Counseled sub-managers on their supply management
