- Matador sold its shares to Dongwon Metal Korea and I continue to work at DONGWON- Take over responsiblity of HR instead of Logistics and Purchase- Set up new wage bonus evaluation system (monthly, yearly)- Negotiate with Employee Representatives for the Yearly wage increase- Improve work environmnet with various activities and joining employees to this activities- Set up & Evaluation new longer-term T&D activies for key persons across the whole organization- Implemented IS for HR processes, and upgrade IS for attendance control

- Set up sister company to MATADOR-DONGWON SK as greenfield project- Responsible for same scope of work: set up company, investment incentives, financing of new building construction and machinery, etc- Jointly responsible to select land, compare conditions, negotiate with city offices- Responsible for the contract conditions (building, machinery, equipment, energy, services, etc)- Implementation of IS SAP- Hiring and Supporting teams of Economy, Finance, IT, Logistics, Purchase- Responsible for preparation of Business plans and its fullfilment

- Member of negotiation team, representing Slovak company, for creating Joint Venture with Korean company in Automotive Industry- Preparation of Joint Venture brownfield project, feasiblity study, participation at EIA preparation, building remodeling and installation of all machines. Responsible for presentation of the joint venture project mid-term financing to the banks than compare offers and prepare contracts.- Responsible for fields Economy, Finance, IT, Logistics, Purchase at start up project- Creation of organization, system of work, responsiblities, motivation, business and strategic plans etc.- Responsible for monthly reports, audits- Responsible for ERP – SAP implementation, DCI logistics and warehouse system, project change of SKK to EUR, - Preparation of investment incentives (tax relief)- Supporting HR department with salary motivation, t&d, work environment. in 2009 was approximately 350 Employees.
