The main focus of my job was speaking to people of many different nationalities from all over the World and arranging their Medical Insurance. The section of the department I joined was in a very poor state when I took on the role. After working out where the faults in the Department were and what systems needed improving, I turned the International Medical Insurance section into a successful, profitable part of our department.Unfortunately, due to lack of Company focus, the entire Medical Insurance Department was closed just 4 months after I joined and I was moved into the Home & Motor department.I felt like this was a backwards step for me and I did not feel challenged enough. I enjoyed my short time with Staysure and gained some valuable experience in a new product but I wanted to push myself further and take on more demanding challenges.

When possible, I would also get a referral from the client for one of our Life Insurance Advisers to call.During my time with the Company, I went from a Trainee Sales Adviser to Senior Sales Adviser and finally Executive Sales Adviser. I also ran my own team on a number of occasions.I won the Adviser of the Month award on a number of different occasions, but my greatest achievement was to with the award consecutively in my final 6 months with the Company.After 5 years with a great Company, I decided I needed a change and to try and learn and develop elsewhere.
