Current*Responsible for managing the in person customer experience at the flagship tap room, weekly special events, inventory planning and vendor relationships*Direct manager of onsite employees, responsible for workforce management and planning*Own the daily marketing and content creation for social channels, as well as key event promotion to drive engagement and revenue*Drive new account acquisition and sales accross the Bay Area; manage and grow current account base*Partner with founders to drive brand awareness and style with vibrant merchandise
