I am a member of the top management of this special company that develops and manufactures innovative and trends indicating broadband wireless technologies. I am the leader of the Production department, which covers manufacturing, warehousing, purchasing and quality management. I manage employees in Slovakia, as well as in China. My international team ensures efficient production and maximum quality of top products applied worldwide. In production, we use technologies/machines such as CNC saw, CNC milling, CNC turning, laser cutting, laser marking, laser welding, hydraulic press, collaborative robots and others. Also I am responsible representative for ISO certification and internal auditor.

I was a member of the top management of this great company that develops and manufactures precise IT solutions, worldwide famous cash register solutions and devices working under extreme conditions, such as nuclear power control systems, electronics for the automotive sector and healthcare. I was the leader of the Logistics & Purchasing department, which covers purchasing, warehousing and logistics management. I and my team procured material, mainly electronic components from Asia for the needs of our production. Personally, I successfully focused on strategic supply chain partnerships, obtaining hard-to-find electronic components, optimizing processes and minimizing costs. I led my team to high performance and expertise through personal example and regular internal training.

After 5 months in the company, I was promoted to Interim Logistics Manager, a member of the company's top management. I was the leader of the supply chain, procurement, customer service, production planning, optimisation and automatisation, logistics, warehouse management. I was also responsible for recruitment, customer audits, optimization and automation projects.

I joined this TIER1 automotive company producing car seats and headrests as a Customer Service Representative. I was in charge of ensuring regular and JIT deliveries to the car manufacturing plants of the VW group in Europe. I was responsible, among other things, for daily communication with VW group representatives, receiving and confirming their forecasts and orders, for planning and optimizing the work of 8 production lines in a three-shift operation. After 2 months, thanks to my skills and work commitment, I was promoted to lead a team of customer service and logistics representatives. I was also responsible for a successful technology transfer (production lines and operations) to the new production facilities of the company and the start-up of production process with a view to optimization and high quality, without negative impact on deliveries to customers.

I was a member of the top management of this small Slovak company producing car components such as coupling heads (Haldex), air taps, gas struts and others. I was responsible for strategic sales and customer service, supply chain and logistics.

Within the family business I managed a disco bar with a capacity of 500 people connected to a cafe and a summer terrace with a capacity of 50 people, as well as a smaller gym with a capacity of 30 people. I led the team of employees, managed warehouse and supply, ensured and organised various events and concerts, as well as ensured marketing activities and PR, etc.

I was a member of the production planning team of this top automotive TIER1 company, responsible for 12 production lines in a three-shift operation producing safety belts for various car companies. I was responsible for planning and optimizing the production process, as well as securing material from contracted suppliers.
