purchasing all materials from footing concrete to door furniture I enjoy the challanges of a smaller company but most of all helping it to become a much larger one.

As the buyer in a fast moving, quality maintenance and building contractor I enjoy a series of challanges, from finding obscure parts to sourcing quality construction materials whilst keeping a proactive eye on the bottom line impact. I have the freedom to make a positive impact on the company and whilst like any job it has its frustrations I enjoy walking into the office each morning with a smile on my face.

Started and ran a wholefood shop fantastic experience hard work steep learning curve

E & J Joinery was a fantastic shopfitter and fixturing manufacturer. Specialsiing in the top end of the high street high quality office space and exclusive residential refurbishment I worked with some great people on some fantastic projects including BP, Harrods, Polo Ralph Lauren at Selfridges and a huge refurb project for BNP Parabis. Happy days however as the saying goes "this too will pass" Being made redundant was hard but it gave me some fantastic time with my young family.
