Bartash is responsible for development/project management and asset management for Capital Hall Partners.Bartash has worked in the architecture industry for over 10 years. Prior to joining Capital Hall Partners, Bartash launched Port One Companies. As founder and managing partner, he personally oversaw all project design and delivery efforts to ensure the strategic objectives of each project remained fully aligned and met. Prior to founding Port One, Bartash served as an Associate Principal at a mid-sized Northeastern architectural firm specializing in design and planning for privatized real estate development, where he earned a reputation for having boundless energy, thoughtful creativity, a solid focus on the bigger picture, and an ability to execute.Bartash brings a multidisciplinary approach to real estate design, development and investment, maximizing the value of real property through an emphasis on methodical and deliberate planning and design. He accomplishes this mission through the use of communication as a tool to foster innovation while structuring tailored solutions that are adapted to meet the unique challenges of a project or opportunity. After earning his Masters in Architecture from Roger Williams University and joining CUBE 3 in 2011, Peter has ascended quickly, thanks to his tremendous contributions to the studio. His energy knows no bounds. He actively leads numerous projects and accounts, helping clients maximize the value of their real property through deliberate planning and design. He also maintains a solid focus on the bigger picture for our rapidly growing firm as designated lead on several high-profile internal initiatives, including development of our Masterplanning and Conceptual Design Team.Between 2012-2014, Peter coordinated an internal team of six with and a national consulting firm to fast-track Metro Park East, a 206,000 GSF, 550-bed student housing project in Minneapolis. Two other projects the previous year resulted in 400,000 square-feet of multifamily construction. Highly skilled in masterplanning, scheduling, conceptual design, public approvals, contract documentation and construction administration, Peter is dedicated to on-time delivery.He is also dedicated to his music as drummer for the award-winning, Boston-based indie-rock band KILLER CORTEZ. Playing on six CDs and in 100+ shows in 15+ states across the U.S., Peter loves the process of writing and playing, as well as branding, packaging and marketing the band for touring.

Manage daily workflow on several projects for up to six (6) staff members, coordinate with nationally-based project team across disciplines, serve as point-of-contact for multiple clients, travel nationally to give public presentations for various City officials and committees as part of the approvals process, determine scheduling and set milestones for deliverables, establish fees and draft proposals for new project phases, mentor and develop junior staff through project delivery, design projects at various phases and scales (master planning through conceptual building design), 3D modeling and rendering, produce marketing graphics and write-ups, CAD drafting of construction documentation, drawing review and coordination, strategic business development planning, marketing analysis.
