Lead a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers responsible for developing and maintaining the modeling core of EDO's AdEngage product. Within that product, we predict the effectiveness of individual streaming or linear TV ad exposures on household-level behavioral outcomes (search, website visits, purchases, etc.).Hands-on work includes designing system architectures for modeling, designing and implementing deployment mechanisms and interactions with upstream/downstream teams. Supporting clean code standards in the codebase including creating useful abstractions to ensure the codebase remains maintainable and adaptable as product requirements evolve.

Smoothly transitioned away from 605 and handed off management of data science group. Provided subject matter expertise and assistance in hiring.

Managed AMG's behavioral modeling and experimentation. Guided the Pivotal Targeting team through the acquisition and integrated them into AMG.AMG was acquired in Nov 2016 and became 605.

Built an analytical workflow for political campaign data. Designed and implemented a scalable and secure infrastructure to manage the data and workflow. Managed clients, finances, and staff.PT was acquired by Analytics Media Group in Jan 2015.
