-Oversee all catering sales and operations at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston with events up to 4,000 guests-Oversee entire alcoholic beverage inventory for the Museum including development of the award winning wine list at the Bravo Restaurant-Lend direct support to 10 units in the Boston area including museums and educational locations-Developed regional.
