I lead Acre's Research Team (4FTE) in Europe. The Research Team are a dedicated, specialist group of consultants to support Acre's Search business with in-depth market insights, mapping and engagement. I work together with Acre's Global Director of Research and the other Head's of Research in the UK, US & Singapore, to continuously improve and drive quality amongst Acre's Research Function.

As Executive Search Associate I am responsible for the initial search strategy, approaching potential candidates, conducting interviews, project management and establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinating the marketing and communication in relation to the Master programmes of the Medical Faculty at the University of Groningen. Focusing on the recruitment of talented international students.Responsibilities include:- Coordinating advertisement campaigns in order to attract new students- Having daily contact with prospective students, via email, social media and occasionally in person- Organising and coordinating events in collaboration with other faculties in order to recruit new students- Sending out newsletters and creating digital content in order to attract new students- Keeping the website from the Graduate School of Medical Sciences up to date and relevant- Conduct these tasks in English or Dutch where necessary

Responsibilities include:- Handle questions from upcoming students- Creating content for the Universities digital marketing purposes. This includes content on the website, newsletters and on social media- Assisting in the recruitment process for new members of the online marketing team- Writing blogs for the University and coordinating a team of bloggers- Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy of the University of Groningen- Conduct these tasks in English or Dutch where necessary
