Current• Providing first level customer technical support to JTL clients on MPLS/switched network.• Troubleshooting MPLS VPN L2 and L3 problems.• Remote event management of optic fiber links and support of FTTx (GPON).• Configurations of network elements ONUs, Routers, switches, BroadGates (BG 20) and commissioning to the network for monitoring.• Monitoring CE connectivity and bandwidth management using ALLOT and CACTI.• Testing & troubleshooting of STM-n, E1 and Ethernet Links and Traffic rerouting using lightsoft NMS.• Maintain periodic updates of service faults in Ticketing System and accordingly maintain customer update by fault recovery process milestones.• Assist in escalating issues to the proper resources to resolve network and system issues.• Compile daily shift reports for the department.• Train new hired team members.
