- Over see the Reservations Department on all the bookings.- Negotiate for best rates from the vendors and also working on promotions / discounts.- Ensuring that we have a steady relationships with all our vendors locally.- Offer support in Reservations.- Handling any arising situations pertaining to a booking or clients whilst on safari.- Assisting on key decision making in the office.- Liaising with the Head office overseas. - Meet & Greet of clients and debriefing

- Occasionally meet and Greet of the clients once they are in Country.-Briefing and debriefing customer service department / guides before and after Safaris.-Making / following up with all confirmations and entering the information’s on the tour plan.- Following up with the invoices.- Preparing driver guide files and itineraries with all the information and service vouchers.- Maintaining an excellent contact with the clients on Safari and the main office overseas.-Getting and ensuring of the best contract rate cards for the company.-Focus on excellent customer service"I just returned yesterday from our 12-day Kensington Tours Signature Vacation.
