I am a Chartered Town and Country Planning Consultant with extensive experience in both the public sector as Head of Development Management at Local Authorities in Kent and Principal Planner in London and in the private sector as a Regional Planner for a major house builder and for the past 20 years as an Independent Planning Consultant . I aim to provide quality planning advice to all my clients by using my experience and wide knowledge of how the system works. I have a particular interest and expertise in housing, architecture and enforcement. As a sole practitioner I also aim to provide good value for money to both private and public clients.I have a good track record in winning planning appeals having won my last seven cases.
