I am a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years experience of the highways industry. I have recently gained experience of managing rail projects.I have a successful record of delivering large complex projects and substantial programmes of work to match desired outcomes. I have significant experience of the Lender’s Technical Advisor role in respect of BOT highway projects from bidding, through construction into operation and maintenance for a number of different lenders in different counties.I have a wide range of experience of most aspects of the management of highways in the Public Sector. I have experience of highway projects from their initial identification through development, approval, construction to operation and long term maintenance.I also have experience of developing large highway projects for private clients and of delivering projects using the BOT method in the UK and in Europe.I have extensive experience of report writing for different readers and making presentations to a variety of audiences, both professional and public.
