As a result of his diverse life experience, education and training, Peter is well qualified to help organisations with their Behavioural Capital Development and Relational Risk Management. He strongly believes that any change/growth starts within the individual not the organisation. Qualified in education, spirituality and psychology as well as Athletics coaching, Peter has consulted to education, the church and business since 1983. Peter is well regarded internationally for his research in association with Dick Thompson of High Performing Systems, especially around the understanding of the intra and interpersonal dynamics of personality and the differences between our work and home selves and its impact on stress. He has provided support for professional team building, adult education, and group facilitation and leadership advice. After a career in senior secondary education in various countries, teaching in his specialist areas of Geography, Language and Social Sciences and building on his educational psychology, he trained in a range of personality assessment techniques and has accumulated many years of experience in their application in the workplace.
