Experienced Sports consultant with a proven history in the Sports education sector spanning 30 years.Skilled in Coaching, Athlete and Team Development, Mentoring and Sports Event management. I am client focused, have strong interpersonal skills and am able to relate effectively when creating mutually beneficial networks and relationships. I cope well in challenging situations and have proven experience applying change where improvements are needed. I have coached in over 30 countries worldwide and led and managed many overseas tours and campaigns.Competitive in nature, I have proven capability having led high performing teams to winning results including my own experiences as a Player and Head Coach of New Zealand touch teams winning three Touch Rugby World Cups in Australia in 1999, South Africa in 2007 and Scotland in 2011.I work across the full range of athlete levels from juniors to masters, and beginners to Olympic athletes.SportCoach, a sports management company that I established in 2003 is thriving with clients both here in New Zealand where I live and in many countries worldwide.We facilitate touch and rugby 7s learning systems through various platforms including face to face, zoom, skype, seminars, clinics. We also run team, school, club and regional competitions and tournaments. We facilitate overseas tours for schools, groups and teams both into and out of New Zealand.I founded Galaxy Touch in Panmure, Auckland in 1987 which is now the largest Touch Club in the world with over 120 teams in 30 cities throughout 15 countries.
