In this role I led the overall development, implementation and management of Save the Children Australia's programs, overseeing approximately $35m program delivery per annum across multiple regions, managing a regional team of 400 program and technical staff. I also led the strategic re-alignment of programs and operations for the organization, dove-tailing into a global business integration process across 120 countries. My team coordinated the engagement with bilateral and multilateral agencies.
