Following a very successful corporate career spanning some 40 years where I held a significant number of senior positions in healthcare and technology companies I have set up my consultancy practice in 2016. As an independent consultant and qualified accountant I am able to use my experience and expertise to help companies develop solutions to the business challenges and opportunities. My particular focus areas are operational, distribution and channel strategy, relationship management, operational efficiency improvement, business transformation, restructuring and business integration.
