CurrentI have experience in and responsibility for assisting clients to bring and defend their claims before the both the County and the High Courts, Employment Tribunals and the Appellate Courts in a range of matters extending from basic possession actions to the most complex of commercial matters such as contract disputes and insolvency matters, including defending winding up petitions. In the Employment Law sphere, matters extending from basic payment issues though the full range of discrimination matters, with experience representing both Respondents and Claimants in multi day and multi-week hearings. I have a thriving practice in Civil fraud matters, as well as a burgeoning family practice involving non-molestation orders, child arrangements orders and Orders relating to financial settlement. I also provide representation in Criminal matters to both private and legally aided clients, some of them complex and serious; including charges of fraud, conspiracy relating to supply of drugs matters and serious sexual offences; with experience in representing those clients before both the Magistrates Courts, the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal.
