Directing Ridgeway's research and innovation consulting for the UN's International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). This work covers a range of topics including emerging technology, research methodologies and the nuclear programs of states in the Middle East and East Asia. I manage a group of over 20 researchers, linguists, and consultants all of whom work on topics related to nonproliferation and innovation.

I created the original podcast proposal that secured a £100,000 commission from Audible; the proposal included detailed episode outlines, narrative scoping and list of potential interviewees.
