*Automating controls, upgrading the service to 600 volts, Auto-cad all drawings (electrical power and controls, floor plans, steam systems, pneumatic, plumbing, lighting, etc.), develop existing Periodic Maintenance Program with MS Excel, and trouble-shooting any and all equipment issues.
