An Executive Coach, Peter employs personal and business coaching and career guidance techniques learned and implemented during 30 years in investment banking. As a senior manager in Chase Manhattan Bank (London and New York), Union Bank of Switzerland (Zurich) and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (London), he was involved in a number of start-up operations in cash and treasury management, consulting and, latterly, structured finance. These functions gave him an extensive insight into many areas of investment and retail banking as well as the treasury departments of major multinationals. A business career focusing on leading organisations in the US and Canada, Benelux, Switzerland, Italy and Scandinavia, brings a multicultural dimension to his coaching. Prior to his banking career, Peter was a teacher, research scientist and pioneered the application of computer timesharing to the treasury operations of multinational corporations. His particular interest is in advising individuals wishing to develop a portfolio of businesses.

Structured Finance Department; Asset Backed Finance; responsible for marketing, structuring and implementing ABS/MBS transactions in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy and Spain.

Located at UBS Head Office in Zurich, hired to establish a Treasury Management Consulting Group; after a strategy review and reorganisation, responsible for pioneering the introduction of Asset Backed Finance in The Benelux, Switzerland and Italy; responsible for the first European credit card transaction, the first ABS transaction in Switzerland and first MBS transactions in Belgium and Holland.

1975-82 - based in London, designed, implemented and supported Chase's European Cash and Treasury Management products and services; clients included European HQs of US multinationals, major European multinationals. 1982 -88 - based at Chase's Head Office in New York, responsible for marketing the bank's European capabilities to HQs of major US multinationals across the US.
