As the founding director of Level Up Together, I lead a nonprofit organization that provides financial literacy and entrepreneurship education to taxi drivers and other gig workers. I leverage my 8.5+ years of experience as a licensed taxi driver in NYC and my skills in bookkeeping, hiring, and schedule planning to create and deliver engaging and impactful programs that help our participants achieve their personal and professional goals. I also manage the operations and partnerships of the organization, ensuring compliance, quality, and sustainability. Previously, I was the operations manager of Six Stars of New York, a luxury fleet company, where I oversaw driver recruitment, training, management, and coverage, as well as fleet maintenance and licensing. I have a strong passion for empowering and uplifting my fellow drivers and gig workers, and I believe in the power of education and collaboration to create positive social change.
