A passion for making a difference and helping capital invest toward a better future led me to join the New Ground Capital team in 2018. I started my career with the Inland Revenue before spending time in Europe, residing in Scotland, Denmark and Germany while completing my undergraduate degree. On returning to New Zealand, I worked for Ernst Young in Auckland, in both the Audit and Transactions teams. While at EY I completed his Chartered Accountant qualification and also gained a post graduate Diploma in Business.Now as the CFO at New Ground Capital, my role is broad and involves not only overseeing the financial management of New Ground and its various subsidiary and associated entities, but also as a key member of the Impact Enterprise Fund, Homes for Tamariki Fund and Bay of Plenty Housing Equity Fund.
