I currently work as an advisor at Butlins Caravan Village. My role covers both reception and admin duties. I serve customers in a number of ways, including booking holidays, dealing with complaints and answering queries. I always ensure customers have received an exceptional service by making sure to listen to the customer and also to make sure to go that extra mile. My Admin duties include typing and entering information onto spread sheets, filing and keeping information up to date and also imputing forms onto a number of different computer systems. Another part of my role is Holiday sales both on the telephone and in person I currently hold the top holiday sales for both the 2011 and 2012 season

Sutton lodge is a large nursing home dealing with both residential and nursing elderly clients. My responsibilities included providing personal care, social care and hosting games and activities. I feel I worked well in this environment because I formed some strong bonds with the residents who felt they could trust me to fully take care of all their needs. I still regularly visit a number of the residents still at this home. I left this job attend university

As a member of the bars team I served guests by providing drinks and also taking food orders. My other responsibility was entertainment. This involved providing children’s entertainment where I'd play games and party dances. I also hosted karaoke nights and set up equipment for guest entertainers and singers. I left this job as it was only seasonal and was offered full time employment at Sutton Lodge
