Member of the design team tasked to create the next generation of 300mm wafer wet processing system that needed to build upon lessons learned from prior generation, add new emerging process, achieve cost targets and build time reductions. These requirements where achieved with a ground up design using modular sections that where plug'n'play. The foundation of the modular section designs where optimized for ease of fabrication and allowed for 'ease of customization' based of the customers process requirements.Created prototype test systems to validate designs met the functional requirements. These test systems where also used to characterize design changes that enhanced process performance.Provided onsite/remote technical support during system install and SAT.
