I am a highly motivated person who is passionate about promoting positive change in everything I do. I feel that the experience I have gained throughout my work life allows me to deliver an accurate and informative service for my employer. I am able to influence and support colleagues in order to achieve a result that not only benefits the client but also helps maintain contractual compliance. Through my time working for Amey I have built strong positive relationships, not only with my colleagues but also with clients and sub-contractors alike. I am currently a member of the PCQI which enables me to keep up date with any new or developing trends within the quality world. As well as being ISO9001 Lead Auditor qualified I have recently completed a Lean Management qualification which allowed me along with the rest of the cohort to identify and a agree on a current problem within our business and use our existing skills as well as new business techniques such as but not limited to Kaizen Blitz, 5S method, to not only come up with a solution but present it to the Senior Management Team. This has now been put into practice with been a success.
