Handling 10+ Nokia projects with QE team and 3 months on-site support for Nokia NPI programs.2. Define feasible quality standard based on customer's requirement. 3. During new project trial-run, cooperate with all related divisions to solve each quality issues as quickly as possible with professional communication to achieve target yield finally.4. Define relevant quality documents (PFMEA, SIP, CP, VQD, WI etc.) and ensure all the quality plan could be implemented through the internal process audit. Quality Management:1. Co-work with designer, engineering, sourcing, SQE, PM, etc. to communicate with supplier about quality issues solution and quality continual improvement, control supplier key processes by WI, quality inspection plan, SPC and yield report to drive high performance and smooth supply.2. Define quality standard for incoming material and each production process. And take a leadership for internal corrective action3. Control each production process and ensure good quality performance according to yield report, inspection plan, SPC, CPK etc.. 4. Using 6sigma, QC 7 tools, 8D etc. quality tools to find root cause and the best improvement action for each quality issues. Make sure all the quality problems could be solved timely.Team Management:1.Train and educate the quality department employees in all relevant quality tools.2. Help to provide necessary and timely support and relevant resource to quality team members to solve all the quality problems as soon as possible and make sure each project could be run smoothly.3. Enhance team cohesion and work positivity of each quality team member.
