Working as a Used Car Sales Executive, my primary role is the selling of used vehicles through a controlled selling process to include all aspects of the FCA requirements with additional add-on sales. I also sell New Cars and cross sell when that department are at full stretch and need extra cover.I keep close control of my reef diary system and the maintenance of the used car forecourt which would generally consist of approximately 70 – 90 cars at any one time

In my position of Showroom Trading Manager I am responsible for the day to day running of the Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom department of a large retail outlet which on average sells 10-15 room set-ups a month along with average takings of 15k a week from walk-in sales. My main responsibilities are in the day to day man management of 5 Customer Advisers and 1 Design Consultant and the maintenance of a department that is a major contributor of the overall stores budget.In addition to this I also have to take on the Duty Manager roles a number of times a week where I am responsible for the overall running of the store, this includes making sure we are Health and Safety compliant, that we deal with all types of customer issues professionally and courteously and that all staff working on that particular shift are doing their best for our customers
