Lower tier ADAFCO Chief working ICW the Air Force CRC overseeing the operations of multiple subordinate Patriot Missile BNs/Batteries throughout the Gulf AOR. Facilitated integration of the Patriot missile system into multiple joint/multi-national systems for exercises and operations.

Responsible for development and strategic AMD training for Fire Direction Center and Engagement Operation crews of the Patriot Missile System. Charged with managing the organization's Patriot Gunnery Program by conducting evaluations on Patriot Missile System crews and operations.Prepared, trained, and certified crews for New Equipment Training (NET) during Post Deployment Build (PDB 8.0) software and hardware system upgrades. Devised dynamic training scenarios utilizing the RT3 battle lab for advanced ABML proficiency. During deployment operations, managed the organization's missile maintenance and safety programs for over 400 interceptors, as well as served as the Sr. Air and Missile Defense design planner. Trusted to create the first ever Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) launcher certification program utilized in theater, and participated in the subsequent asset allocation and distribution planning prior to fielding.

Performed 74 meter aerostat flight operations and control, ensured airspace compliance, weather analysis, and monitored aerostat health and welfare. Supervised all key operations/functions of the aerostat, to include all launch, mooring station, and recovery operations.The primary function of the JLENS Flight Director is to take command of all aspects of the aerostat flight operations, and include:-Directs the launch, on-station, and recovery operations-Directs all activities of the aerostat flight crew to ensure the proper performance of their duties-Conducting safe and efficient flight operations-Compute all flight parameter calculations on Standard Gross Lift (SGL), weight & balance, and optimum altitude-Plan the launch, on-station, and recovery details and make crew duty assignments-Conduct preflight and post flight briefings, including any special mission requirements-Ensure that automatic operation of the aerostat pressurization system blowers, ballonet valves, and helium valve is selected during normal flight operations.-Assess weather and mission ready status of all personnel and equipment associated with aerostat operations at all times.-Direct all movements of the aerostat in flight based on mission requirements, weather constraints, or other operating concerns.-Direct all moored activities including aerostat snubbing, payload installation and removal, tether replacements, and helium fill to maintain the SGL for optimum altitude

While serving as a Tactical Control Officer in the US Army, I acted as the senior advisor and mentor to the commanders of multiple Air Missile Defense (AMD) Systems. My duties included supervision of the employment and operations of the AMD systems, advising the commander on the capabilities and limitations of the AMD system, and supervision of the maintenance conducted on the equipment used by the unit. I was expected to monitor the AMD system and related support equipment to detect, diagnose and repair operator errors and/or system malfunctions. My additional duties included, coaching, teaching, mentoring, and evaluating Soldiers in AMD system operation. I would also instruct tactics, techniques, and maintenance procedures. Lastly I was expected to implement proper safety and security procedures applicable to the operation and maintenance support of the AMD system.
