I am currently employed as the ICT Service Delivery Manager for entag (www.entag.com.au) on the Sunshine Coast. My role involves helping my team provide business solutions to customers, along with providing a Managed Service offering. Previously employed as a Senior Network Architect where I would assist businesses of all sizes with their networking needs. My main focus is on enterprise security devices, WAN solutions (MPLS, hybrid and SD-WAN), voice and wireless solutions. I have also been heavily involved with project work including Data centre relocations and upgrades, network amalgamations and merges, and Cisco equipment refreshes.
