I worked for 23 year with Sainsburys a major UK supermarket, gaining promotion from trainee manager to senior manager. Gaining significant experience in managing teams with a very strong focus on targets with in a key customer focused environment. My goal was always to gain the maximum output from my team. The company downsized in 2000 and I looked to gain experience in a variety of roles in private and now the public sector.
