Highly experienced General Counsel/Head of Legal with over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of senior in-house roles leading legal teams covering multiple jurisdictions within the media and entertainment sector. My experience includes deep sector knowledge of media and entertainment plus extensive sector agnostic generalist in-house legal experience across multiple jurisdictions. This includes negotiating and drafting high value commercial agreements as well as advising on intellectual property licensing, corporate transactions, audio-visual content regulation, anti-trust, employment, advertising and consumer law, company secretarial and data protection. I also have extensive team management experience primarily within UK/EMEA but also in Asia, India and Latin America.
