Current• Direct company operations to meet all budgets and all other financial goals• Direct short-term, long- term planning & budget development • Establish performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management.• Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company services.• Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.• Develop , establish and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives.• Direct franchisee Liaison• Ensure Franchisee has support, training and development• Development of policies and procedures• Manages operational concerns• Responsible for the financial health of the business• Ensures compliance regarding commercial policies throughout all Express Lube Franchises• Ensure the business plan is followed• Negotiates regional and national supplier agreements• National Fleet agreements in conjunction with the Operations/Fleet Manager• Focuses on continuous improvement
