• Developing and creating Standard Operating Procedures for Maintenance work.
• Leads executors (directs or contractors) for the execution of CI-work and/or projects.
• Lead disciplined and systematic equipment maintenance strategy development efforts.
• Create and update site areas, processes and equipment, criticality matrix.
• Set Maintenance different strategies to each equipment (RCM, Predictive, Reactive, Condition based…..).

North Africa

• Follow up and confirm complying with the Business Deployment Plan of the strategic plan of the company.
• Plan and monitor the maintenance annual budget.
• Manage the maintenance expenses by ensuring best practices in the industry.
• Responsible for all new projects execution in the production lines.
• Maintenance SME of GMS (Global Manufacturing System) implementation to control all maintenance activities and processes to insure of complying with GM standards.
• Cost reduction initiatives management for department tools and equipment through CIP workshops.

Egypt

• Lead the team through breakdowns, apply analytical tools to define the root cause to avoid reoccurring “5 whys, Fish bone analysis”.
• Verified proper analysis and troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic, PLC and pneumatic systems.
• Plan and oversee all repair, PM activities and installation activities for Body Shop and Paint Shop.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Down time control through making analysis to the top issues by using Fishbone analysis and 5 Whys to find the root cause and solve the issue.
• Track the equipment reliability through tracking MTTR & MTBF and define the top issues then set an action plan to improve them.

Giza Governorate, Egypt

• Supervising maintenance activities of Passenger Cars Body Shop.
• Supervising and managing different technician teams to keep smooth operation of the passenger cars production line.
• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the Production line including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Carry out inspections of Equipment in production line to identify and resolve issues.
• Responsible for supervising, control and develop a team of direct reporters (engineers and technicians) through coordinating tasks and manage workload among team members.
