Peter Williams is a senior executive with more than 20 years of progressive and diverse experience culminating with his most recent responsibility as President and CEO. Peter's career has focused primarily on capital equipment manufacturing and services industries with a high content of engineering. The industries served include off-road mining and construction trucks and printing presses for the commercial and direct mail markets. . Early in Peter's career, he did have several years of experience with a mass producer of residential building products. He believes that his skills as a senior manager and leader are not limited however, to only the manufacturing sector.Peter has had direct experience and responsibility for multi-national divisions, orchestrated successful mergers and acquisitions and successfully conducted the financial and organizational “turn arounds” of companies. Peter has successfully created environments where market demands, manufacturing capabilities, quality and engineering design are matched to meet the customer's ever changing delivery, cost and quality expectations and made them real competitive advantages.Peter Williams is a visionary who is able to translate vision into reality through a motivated workforce.
