Narratives back engineered from existing Honeywell IPC620 PLC logic. Narratives included for cutter layboy, transfer cars, weighing, bale press, wrapping, tying and stacking. Developed new PLC code using Honeywell MasterLogic 2MLR PLC’s and tested using scripting in a Citect HMI.• Designed control narratives and software for a cobalt jet mill, using ControlLogix PLC and Red Lion HMI.• Converted ControlLogix software for client acquired oil battery, replaced HMI with a Citect HMI and added a Prosoft MCM Modbus communication card.
