Peter is active in Social Entrepreneurship through the Vaka Health Foundation (https://vakahealthfoundation.org/) which operates in 16 countries in East, Central and Southern Africa, delivering education, training and entrepreneurial opportunities to more than 32,000 nurses and midwives, anywhere there is mobile coverage, anytime via mobile technology. He is a co-founder of the private Geoscience Education Institute in West Africa, Institute of Teng Tuuma Geoscience in Ouagadougou (https://ittgeo.com/ ). Through his consulting company EARTH EXPLORATION he is active in Mineral Exploration, Mining, and Entrepreneurship, having been a co-founder of such companies as IGO, Ampella Mining as well as early stage investment in Boss Energy and Bellevue Gold. Global experience with Major, Minor and startup companies in Australia, Africa and North America. Has been directly successful in multi-commodity exploration (discoveries), ground water exploration, environmental Geoscience and the creation of disruptive technologies in the exploration and mining business (Intierra in web-based intelligence) and HiSeis (3d seismic in hard rock mining). He is presently involved with Portable Ppb (XRF Gold Geochemistry, WEST AUSTRALIAN INNOVATOR OF THE YEAR, 2023), RoqSense (filling in the gaps between the holes in exploration and mining), Elemental Royalties and is a director of several other public and private companies. He is actively involved in professional education and monitoring in Australia and Africa and is the Chairman of the Vaka Health Foundation, which is building a more sustainable health infrastructure in Africa, through coupled education, training, career development, and social entrepreneurship.
