Prior to joining Allspring’s Engineering & Technology Team, I was responsible for Community Affairs, site selection and location strategy for BlackRock’s newest innovation hub in Atlanta and was a Business Strategist within BlackRock's software engineering function serving as the chief of staff to the head of software engineering. Prior to my community affairs and chief of staff roles, I served in a business development and relationship management capacity focused on ensuring a best-in-class client experience. More than 13 years of experience between Merrill Lynch and BlackRock in the following areas: account management, sales, client service, business strategy, brand management, talent pipelining, implementation management, project management, social impact work and people management.Leveraging technology and data should be at the core of everything we do regardless of the industry we are in...I enjoy being a strong leader, a people-oriented professional and a team player that loves connecting people and helping others drive success.
