I have developed a high level of verbal and written communication skills from working as a college lecturer and as a medical software trainer working with customers on site, by email and telephone. Time spent in a customer support role has demonstrated my abilities to deal with customers, to analyse and investigate their issues and to resolve their problems.Recently, I was solely responsibly for the design, development and maintenance of an online help system using Robohelp in support of the company’s software package. This has entailed both a high degree of team-work with technical colleagues as well as working on my own initiative. Additionally, I produced hard copy help guides for internal and external use in both Word and PDF formats and maintained a file structure for these.As a lecturer and trainer I have constructed and developed training courses and documentation and devised successful delivery strategies that achieved consistently high-level results. I have also had experience of Stock Control, Budgeting, money handling and controlling staff. Primarily I would like to stay with the document design / document handling field but am open to customer support functions and / or administrative posts such as Practice or Office Manager.Specialties: Document design,Technical authoring,Software training.Very versatile and can do most things.
