In this role I was responsible for planning the overall project programme, and then supporting the Project Managers in the implementation of a varied schedule of projects across the Homebase estate, from small concession inserts through to full store refits. A large amount of cross functional networking was required to deliver the diverse elements of each.

Responsible for preparing 22 selected Homebase Stores for conversion to Bunnings Warehouse, managing stock relocation and liquidation, and all FF&E to be relocated ready for full refit. Accomplished stock movement reduction from store to store of 75%. Enhanced planning, area team engagement, and stock movement reduction, resulting in an 80% decrease in Opex.
