His practice is focused on corporate finance with an emphasis on project finance, public private partnerships and structured finance. Peter's practice is increasingly devoted to advising consortia, arrangers, lenders and other participants in connection with P3 infrastructure projects and advising developers and equity participants in connection with renewable energy projects.
