Supervise the team providing support and leadership on complex financial transactions between Towers Watson and external financial organisations including fund managers, investment banks and off shore finance houses.Planning of the statutory audits of all clients with the auditors. Providing liaison with the auditors throughout the audit process up to the approval of the accounts by the Trustees.Responsible for resourcing within the team, staff development and training, and for completion of the annual personal and development appraisal process.
