I would like to add value to two particular areas. Firstly to develop robust and useful resourses for both groundschool and flying programmes, incorporating the development of, and the inclusion of new technology and media. Secondly I would like to develop and enhance the mentoring and training of new Instructors. I feel that through presenting the Instructional Techniques Course, I have an opportunity to play a small part in the initiation of the instructors training. I would also like to develop information resource pools for new instructors via new technologies and media. In some way, I would like to contribute to the enhancement of Instructing as a long term career choice in aviation.
