Responsibility:• Driven the area's strategic agenda.• Lead the introducing of IKEA´s second generation Internet sites in 15 countries.• Secure multilingual support in the global infrastructure.• Establish an identity & access management solution for all employees within IKEA globally.• Define the overall concept, architecture and process.• The work has been done in approximately 20 different projects with a total budget of 20 M€.Result:• Under time pressure of 1 year get a new e-commerce solution in operation in 15 countries on time and on budget.• A corporate directory to secure unique user identities that was used globally.• All core databases were converted to support multilingual and a concept in place for continues conversion.
