Bringing a diverse background and twenty plus years of experience to branded environment development and design. I enjoy the puzzle that is the creative process at every level of a project. From blue-sky ideation, all the way to on-site installation art direction, my goal is a successful project and a happy client.My career has taken many exciting twists and turns, and I engage all those factors daily in my projects. Live entertainment design has taught me how to tell a story and create a visual experience. Managing design departments within fabrication facilities taught me fabrication efficiencies, budget management, and the intricacies of communicating with a wide variety of personalities. Project installations have improved my skill at planning ahead as well as thinking on my feet to pivot when needed. And being a freelance designer and creative director has given me a deeper understanding of keeping clients happy and coming back.One of the most important tools in my creative process is listening. What is the challenge that needs solving? What are the client's needs? What is the end goal? As well as what are all the other parameters such as budget and timelines?As an adaptable leader, I understand the big-picture and work alongside stakeholders to achieve the vision that will be experienced by fans, families and franchises.
