• Oversee and self-perform work on rental housing projects with an annual maintenance / remodel budget of $500K.• Plan and coordinate team members and subcontractor’s work with daily check-ins to ensure work is completed as planned and any issues are addressed immediately.• Collaborate with department leaders to maintain our schedule and budget to achieve goals.• Teach and mentor new team members learning the trade.• Procure and schedule deliveries of materials to complete projects, ensuring materials arrive as needed eliminating delays or safety hazards.
