Together with the Head of Finance, I established a future-proof finance organization to support sustained growth. Key responsibilities included driving operational excellence, implementing ERP systems (NetSuite), and embedding PDCA cycles for continuous improvement. Prioritized risk management and cash flow optimization, while fostering cross-departmental collaboration with procurement, HR, and IT. Also led and managed the accounting team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Financial control and business control.I had multiple short-term project for customers like Bottomlines, Adex Die Manufacturing, Contour Fine Tooling, Chromalloy, and others. Activities on interim basis or freelance. Assisting companies on setting up or improving their reporting activities, control framework, cost pricing structure, business cases, etc. I add the most value when I can act close to or directly with the business/operation.Most of the experience I gained in SME enterprises, but I'm also feeling comfortable in corporate environments. My 2nd role within Bolsius is Business controller for the new Business Unit Private Label. After focusing on Sales and Logistics in my previous role, I will now be responsible for all controlling activities for the whole chain in the Private Label department. So from Product Development up to Sales (and after-Sales), together with my Controlling colleagues, I will set the requirements, create the tools and take care of the financial business analyses.

Combination of financial and business control for Sales and Logistics. Create monthly reports and responsible for accurate month end closure, but also defining KPI's, calculate budgets or create customer/product analysis. A role to support but also challenge 3 sales managers and the logistics manager to achieve the defined targets. Most used competences were analysing, present to groups, challenge MT and this all in clear and strong communication.
